Jasperware, a matte-finish stoneware developed by Josiah Wedgwood in the 1770s.
Color: This specific shade is known as Portland Blue or cobalt blue, characterized by a deep, "dipped" blue body.
Design: The piece features intricate white bas-relief decorations, typically depicting classical Greek or neoclassical motifs such as sacrificial scenes, traditional figures, and trees.
Markings: Stamped on the underside with "Wedgwood" and  "England"
