1960s Lord Calvert Whiskey Glass Decanter:  Horn of Plenty.  It measures 5 1/2" W (at widest point) x 7" D x 10 3/4" H.  
In good pre-owned vintage condition with no chips or cracks. A wonderful collectible piece or stylish bar décor item.
